The Sobelsohn Law Firm handles complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.  Daniel E. Sobelsohn, the principal of the firm, has eighteen years of experience handling complex cases, including numerous antitrust, securities fraud, and intellectual property matters.  Mr. Sobelsohn was formerly associated with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (1996-2000) and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (2000-2003), two of the nation’s preeminent law firms.

Given the nature of our practice, we regularly litigate against or alongside some the largest firms in the country.  We are also sometimes retained as additional counsel in cases that are already pending, or hired to take over cases that were previously handled by other firms. With the advent of new technologies and systems, including computer-assisted document review, we are able to handle large matters that would have previously required the staffing that only a large firm could provide.

We are lean and result-oriented, and are generally able to provide a substantial cost savings over larger firms.  In addition to handling work on an hourly basis, we are happy to discuss contingency fee and fixed fee arrangements.
